The Headwear transfer is the best heat transfer for:
- Caps and caps – Straw hats, five and six panel caps, you name it. You can even press on the mesh of trucker caps.
- 100% Cotton and Polyester – Prints just as well on polyester and cotton headwear as it does on blends.
- Water resistant headwear – Able to be heat pressed over fabrics with a durable water repellent coating.

Why do I need a special transfer for Headwear?
Most heat transfers will crack over seams and bridges in hats. Our Headwear transfers are made with a unique adhesive that allows your prints to stretch over these areas, so they’ll look great, even if the hat gets bent or squashed.
What kinds of hats can I print on?
Our Headwear transfers can print on pretty much anything you can put on your head: baseball caps, skater hats, trucker caps, bucket hats, beanies, straw hats, golf hats – even berets, if you feel so inclined.
What heat pressing equipment do I need to press hats?
You’ll need a professional-grade heat press – not an iron or Cricut Easy Press. You’ll also need a curved hat platen, which can be attached to most professional heat presses.

Can I print Pantone colours on my hats?
Yes! We can PMS match any Pantone colour so your apparel will be perfectly on brand.
Is there a minimum order required?
Yes, the minimum order for Promotional heat transfers is 10 identical pieces.
Are there any hidden fees?
No, we don’t charge any extra fees except shipping, which is calculated before checkout.
How long will it take to arrive?
After you’ve placed your order, your transfers will leave our factory within 1-2 business days. Delivery times will vary depending on your location.
