What products can I use Lo Melt transfers on?
You can use them on anything from polos and hoodies to specialty fabrics like high poly count blends, tech fibers, even PVC-coated bags, and garments that need low-cure adhesives like those Travis Mathew polos you love. If you think your fabric may show dye migration even at a lower temperature, use our Lo Melt Blocker heat transfer.
Will Lo Melt stick to waterproof fabrics?
No, but it will stick to water-resistant fabrics. For fabrics that are 100% waterproof, we recommend the Promotional transfer.
Will Lo Melt transfers work on headwear or promotional items?
They will only work on headwear if there are no seams where you’re pressing the transfer. Lo Melt will crack on seams, so if it’s a six panel cap, use the Headwear transfer. If you’re printing on promotional gear, Lo Melt transfers may be used, but for best results we recommend using our Promotional heat transfers.
Are there any hidden fees with Lo Melt?
Nope, just the cost of the transfers and shipping (which is calculated at checkout).
What are the pressing instructions for Lo Melt?
Lo Melt requires a lower temperature, typically 260-270°F. Press for 12-15 seconds at 40PSI/firm. Check out our step by step instructions here.

Yes, the minimum order for Lo Melt heat transfers is 10 identical pieces.

How durable are Lo Melt heat transfers?
They’re independently proven to last 80+ washes before they show any signs of fading or cracking. For most people, that’s a few years – usually longer than the garments they’re printed on!
How long will it take to arrive?
After you’ve placed your order, your transfers will leave our factory within 1-2 business days. Delivery times will vary depending on your location.
Are these heat transfers eco-friendly?
You bet. Like all of our transfers, they’re made from water-based inks, not plastic-based, and are OEKO-Tex certified, so you know they’re not harmful to you or the planet.

Less heat. More confidence.
If you’re pressing on a sensitive fabric that can’t take a lot of heat and needs a low cure adhesive, use the Lo Melt heat transfer.
